One of the unique aspects of our studio on 427 Bryant Street is the flexible multi-use first floor gallery space. During business hours, the gallery is furnished to provide a reception area, two conference rooms, a kitchen and lounge for our tenants. The space provides a professional front office for the businesses upstairs. The modular nature of the gallery allows us to transform the space into an open gallery for events, such as panel discussions or parties.

Design Guild members who do not work at the studio can still take advantage of this great space.

Professional Members can rent the conference rooms for client meetings during business hours. It’s a great way for independent designers who work from a home office to create a more professional appearance for their company. (It sure beats meeting your clients at Starbucks.) Guild members can also rent the gallery for events and parties. The gallery can hold about 70 seats for panel discussions or presentations. We can accommodate over 100 people for parties with a bar, tables for hours d’oeuvres, and a sound system. Rates vary depending on the event. Contact info@designguildsf.com for details.
